# Import / export automatic schemas

## Export your automatic schemas

To export all your automatic schemas created with SEOPress PRO, go to your **WordPress admin**, **Tools**, **Export** page.

Choose **Schemas** in the list and click **Download Export File**.

## Import your automatic schemas

Go to **Tools**, **Import** page.

The first step is to install the WordPress importer by clicking **Install Now** (the last item of the list).

Once done, click **Run importer** (WordPress), upload your file previously saved, and click **Upload file and import** button.

In the final step, click **Submit**.

Go to **SEO**, **Schemas** to see your imported schemas.
