# Import post and terms metadata from The SEO Framework to SEOPress

With SEOPress, you can import all your metadata from The SEO Framework, including:

- Title tags
- Meta description
- Facebook Open Graph tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
- Twitter tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
- Meta Robots (noindex, nofollow)
- Canonical URL
- Redirect URL
- Primary category (post and products)

To do that, go to **SEO, Tools, Plugins,** and select **The SEO Framework**.

Look at the SEO Framework section and click **Migrate now**.

That’s it!

Now you can disable and remove The SEO Framework plugin from your WordPress admin.

*Note that it’s important to not have 2 SEO plugins running at the same time to avoid conflicts.*

**WARNING:** Migration will delete/upgrade all SEOPress posts metadata. The SEO Framework datas will not be deleted.
