# Import post metadata from SEO Ultimate to SEOPress

With SEOPress, you can import all your posts metadata from SEO Ultimate, including:

- Title tags
- Meta description
- Facebook Open Graph tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
- Meta Robots (noindex, nofollow)

To do that, go to **SEO, Tools, Plugins,** and select **SEO Ultimate**.

Click **Migrate now**.

That’s it!

Now you can disable and remove SEO Ultimate plugin from your WordPress admin.

*Note that we don’t import term metadata as SEO Ultimate does not have this feature.*

*Note that it’s important to not have 2 SEO plugins running at the same time to avoid conflicts.*

**WARNING:** Migration will delete/upgrade all SEOPress posts metadata. SEO Ultimate data will not be deleted.
