# Import post metadata from Squirrly to SEOPress

With SEOPress, you can import all your metadata from Squirrly, including:

- Title tags
- Meta description
- Facebook Open Graph tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
- Twitter tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
- Meta Robots (noindex, nofollow)
- Canonical URL

To do that, go to **SEO, Tools, Plugins,** and select **Squirrly**.

Click **Migrate now**.

That’s it!

Now you can disable and remove Squirrly plugin from your WordPress admin.

*Note that we don’t import term metadata.*

*Note that it’s important to not have 2 SEO plugins running at the same time to avoid conflicts.*

**WARNING:** Migration will delete/upgrade all SEOPress posts metadata. Squirrly datas will not be deleted.
