# Import post and terms metadata, global settings from Yoast SEO to SEOPress

With SEOPress, you can import all your metadata from Yoast SEO, including:

- Global settings (SEOPress 8.7 required)
- Title tags
- Meta description
- Facebook Open Graph tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
- X tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
- Meta Robots (noindex, nofollow…)
- Canonical URL
- Focus / target keywords
- Primary category
- Breadcrumb Title

To do that, go to **SEO, Tools, Plugins,** and select **Yoast SEO**.

Click **Migrate now**.

That’s it!

Now you can disable and remove Yoast SEO plugin from your WordPress admin.

Note that it’s important to not have 2 SEO plugins running at the same time to avoid conflicts.
**WARNING:** Migration will delete/upgrade all SEOPress posts metadata. Yoast datas will not be deleted.
