# Import SEO metadata and global settings from SureRank to SEOPress

With SEOPress, you can import all your metadata from SureRank, including:

- Global settings (most of them, updated regularly),
- Title tags
- Meta description
- Facebook Open Graph tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
- X tags (title, description and image thumbnail)
- Meta Robots (noindex, nofollow…)
- Canonical URL
- Focus / target keywords
- Primary category
- Breadcrumb Title

To do that, go to **SEO, Tools, Plugins,** and select **SureRank**.

That’s it!

Now you can disable and remove SureRank plugin from your WordPress admin.

Note that it’s important to not have 2 SEO plugins running at the same time to avoid conflicts.
**WARNING:** Migration will delete/upgrade all SEOPress posts metadata. SureRank datas will not be deleted.
