# Import your redirects from Rank Math

## Export redirects from Rank Math plugin

To import your redirects created from Rank Math, go to:

1. **Rank Math SEO**
2. **Status and tools**
3. **Import / export** tab
4. **Export settings** section
5. Choose **Redirections**
6. Click **Export** button.
7. Save the file to your computer.

## Import redirects from Rank Math plugin to SEOPress

Now go to:

1. **SEO**,
2. **Tools**,
3. **Redirections** tab,
4. **Import Redirections**,
5. Select** Rank Math plugin (JSON)**,
6. Upload your file,
7. Click **Import**.
