# Quick start to use Matomo tracking

## Enable Matomo

To do that, go to **SEO, Analytics**.

Activate the iOS checkbox to enable the feature.

Then, go to **Matomo** tab.

Check **Enable Matomo tracking** option.

If you use **Matomo Cloud**, make sure to keep unchecked this option “**Yes, self-hosted installation**“.

## Setup Matomo tracking

Enter your **tracking ID** and your **site ID **retrieved from**[ Matomo website](https://matomo.org).**

**Check or uncheck tracking options** from the list to match your needs.

**Save changes.**

Clear your **cache** if necessary.

The tracking code will be automatically added to your site.

The **user consent with our cookie bar** also works with Matomo as well as **Custom Dimensions**.
