Show your address, telephone and opening hours where visitors need them: in a page, footer or widget area. SEOPress PRO provides a native Local Business block and a classic WordPress widget. Keep displayed information consistent with your LocalBusiness structured data.
Enter your business information
- Open SEO, PRO, Local Business and enable the feature.
- Select the appropriate business type and fill in the address, city, region, postal code and country.
- Add accurate coordinates, website URL, phone number, price range and applicable restaurant details, such as cuisine or menu.
- Enter opening hours for each day and indicate closed days.
- Save changes and clear the page cache.
Only provide information that accurately describes the establishment. Structured data helps describe your business; it does not guarantee a local-pack position or a rich result.
Choose the time display
In the Local Business settings, choose 24-hour or 12-hour (AM/PM) display and the hours/minutes separator: colon, dot or space. Save and check the public output. These presentation options do not change when your business actually opens and closes.
Morning and afternoon are time slots. For continuous opening from 10:00 to 21:00, use one slot covering that interval. Use two slots when the business closes between them.
Use the native block
- Edit a page or post with the block editor.
- Insert the Local Business block.
- Select its individual business fields to adjust the displayed information and available layout options.
- Update the content and check the public page, including its mobile layout.
With a block theme, open Appearance, Editor, edit the relevant template or footer and insert the block there. Save the template changes. A shared footer appears on all pages using it, so make sure the information is appropriate throughout that area.
Use the classic widget or a page builder
For a theme with widget areas, open Appearance, Widgets and add the SEOPress Local Business widget to the chosen area. Set its title and description, then show or hide the address components, map link, phone and opening hours. You can also hide closed days. Save the widget.
In Elementor, Beaver Builder or another builder that exposes WordPress widgets, find Local Business among the available widgets and configure it there. The native block and classic widget have different controls; use the options available in the interface you inserted.
Check visible content and schema separately
Visit the public page to verify the address, map link, telephone and hours. Test the page where your LocalBusiness schema is emitted with Google’s Rich Results Test. A widget’s display is not itself proof that the expected schema was generated on that URL.
For several establishments, use individual LocalBusiness schemas and automatic-schema mapping where appropriate. Per-content schema hours do not automatically prove that a shared widget or footer displays those same values; check each establishment’s page.
Developers can customize the widget HTML and use the opening-hours separator filters.
