Import metadata from a CSV file with SEOPress PRO

Before starting

SEOPress PRO 3.7 is required.

Backup your site!

Prepare your CSV file using Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers…

SEOPress can autodetect/map your columns with posts fields using these column headers:

  • id
  • meta_title
  • meta_desc
  • fb_title
  • fb_desc
  • fb_img
  • tw_title
  • tw_desc
  • tw_img
  • noindex
  • nofollow
  • noodp
  • noimageindex
  • noarchive
  • nosnippet
  • canonical_url
  • target_kw

The column “ID” is mandatory and must matched the post ID you want to update. It could be a post, page or custom post type.

noindex, nofollow, noodp, noimageindex, noarchive and nosnippet accept only the value “yes”. Otherwise, no update.

Existing metadata will be updated with the new values if they are defined.
