We’ve worked hard to optimize the SEOPress dashboard to provide you with the data and features you need at the right time.
While simplifying its use and highlighting the little-known benefits that our users have access to, such as ebooks to learn SEO or our integrations with your site.
Rest assured, you won’t be lost when discovering this new dashboard.
It is still fully customizable and mobile optimized.
Please feel free to give us your feedback and constructive comments. This helps us enormously with each new version of SEOPress.
π New β Better onboarding
To improve onboarding for newcomers, upon activation of SEOPress, users will be automatically redirected to the installation wizard (unless it has already been completed).
We have also improved the design of the wizard. Fullscreen is gone.
π Other news
This new version of SEOPress also brings its share of improvements and fixes including:
- a better support for Easy Digital Downloads PRO ;
- no more confusion when using the HTML and / or JSON Breadcrumbs, we automatically handle the Google structured data type based on your settings ;
- an issue with the GA4 notification, the detection was incomplete (“Your GA4 property ID is incorrectly set!”) ;
- you can now define a primary category for WooCommerce products directly from the product categories metabox ;
- some fatal errors in specific cases ;
- and many more!
For developers, we have added 1 new hook:
- seopress_sitemaps_xml_news_name to filter the Google News publication name for XML news sitemap
