Your license is marked as “Active” but you received this error when you tried to update the plugin to the latest version:
"An error occurred while updating SEOPress PRO: Download failed. Unauthorized"
Why is this happening?
You have probably made a domain migration (local to production or a domain name change).
How to solve this?
You have to link your domain name back to our site.
Go to SEO, License and click Reset your license button.
The page reloads.
Then paste your license key in the field and Save changes.
Finally, click Activate license.
If you see the green status “active”, it’s good.
You should now be able to update the plugin. It it still not the case, please open a ticket from your customer area.
